These terms apply to stationwon.net, its pages, and its API (together, "StationWon", "we", "us"). By using StationWon you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Informational only; not financial or trading advice

StationWon is provided for general information only. Nothing on the site or in the API is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any contract, security, or other instrument. We are not a broker, exchange, adviser, or fiduciary. You alone are responsible for your decisions and any trades you make, and you should do your own research.

2. Our readouts are our own interpretation

StationWon publishes interpretations and readouts produced by our own algorithms, for example the "locked lower" and "plausible upper" bounds, bracket statuses ("decided" or "alive"), and feed-lag indicators. These are our analysis, derived from publicly available observations; we do not resell source data. They are estimates and can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or later contradicted. Observations can be late, missing, or revised by NWS quality control. A "decided" status means our analysis considers an outcome near-certain, not guaranteed. The official NWS Daily Climate Report (CLI) and the rules of the relevant market are the only authoritative sources for settlement.

3. Not affiliated with Kalshi, NOAA, or NWS

StationWon is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by KalshiEX LLC ("Kalshi"), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), or the National Weather Service (NWS). Their names, and station and product identifiers, are used only to identify the public markets and data we describe.

4. No warranty

StationWon is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, timeliness, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or API will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of stale data.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StationWon and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the site, the API, or any readout, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Acceptable use and the API

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits or access controls, or scrape the site as a substitute for the API. API keys are personal, invite-only during the beta, and may be rate-limited, suspended, or revoked at any time. We may change or discontinue any part of StationWon at any time.

7. Our domains

StationWon is served at stationwon.net. www.stationwon.net, stationwon.info and www.stationwon.info redirect there; other sites are not ours.
